Job summary

Elegance is seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator to support occupancy goals for our senior living community in Delray Beach. You will guide prospective residents and their families through the decision process, respond to inquiries promptly, and convert referrals into move-ins using established sales steps and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and improves occupancy levels by executing marketing and business plans and using established sales processes to track data and reports.
• Guides prospective residents and their families through decision-making by understanding needs and educating them about services and programs.
• Coordinates sales activities to convert deposits to move-ins, including home visits and initial assessments with physicians/family.
• Keeps management informed of prospective move-in statuses and tracks pre-residency steps to ensure smooth communication.
• Contacts local professionals and organizations to generate leads and supports referrals in the absence of dedicated business development staff.
• Develops relationships with residents, families, and referral sources through weekly outreach and presentations.
• Manages inventory and seeks opportunities to increase revenue and create additional streams.
• Represents the community at events and in external groups to raise awareness and execute monthly prospect/referral activities.
• Supports resident retention through welcome events, referral programs, and outreach to hospitalized residents.
• Collaborates with management to execute marketing plans and improve materials to promote community services.
• Monitors sales performance and provides management with feedback and data in weekly/monthly reports.
• Maintains lead management systems and records all sales/marketing activities timely.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
