Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Support Associate in Livermore to help drive store performance with warm, efficient service at the cash wrap and a well-kept sales floor. You will play a key role in conveying the Coach brand and ensuring smooth flow from receipt to sale.

The role requires retail experience, strong English, and solid knowledge of POS systems and cash handling. You’ll collaborate with teammates to deliver exceptional customer experiences and uphold visual standards in a fast-paced luxury

Qualifications

• 1+ years retail experience; luxury preferred.
• Fashion trend awareness and knowledge of the competitive marketplace.
• Familiar with cash registers, basic computer skills (iPad/Laptop), Mobile POS and price release sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; provide personalized assistance.
• Operate POS accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash/media per policy.
• Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests, and partner with team or management.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines.
