Job summary

Coach in Gulfport, MS is seeking a Sales Support Associate to assist customers with warmth and efficiency at the cash wrap and on the sales floor. You’ll help ensure smooth product flow from receipt to sale and maintain a pristine selling environment.

The role requires strong customer service, fashion awareness and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. Flexible schedule and a focus on brand standards will be essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience, preferably luxury retail.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace.
• Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills (iPad/Laptop) and POS tools.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Serve as a brand ambassador internally and in the local market; support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash/media per policy.
• Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests confidently, and collaborate with team.
