Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Support Associate to join our luxury retail team in Gulfport, Mississippi. You will welcome clients, assist with product questions, operate POS with accuracy, maintain the appearance of the sales floor, and help move stock from receipt to sale.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of retail experience, a passion for fashion trends, strong English communication, and comfort with POS systems, tablets, and basic computer tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience, preferably in luxury retail.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends and marketplace competition.
• Experience with POS systems and basic computer tasks.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs.
• Serve as a brand ambassador and support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap organization.
• Suggest add-ons, promote gift cards, and capture customer info where permitted.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments; report discrepancies.
• Manage stock levels and execute visual merchandising updates.
• Support floor activities and respond to customer requests quickly.
• Maintain housekeeping and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines.
