Coach is seeking a Sales Support Associate in Asheville, NC to provide warm, personalized customer service and ensure smooth checkout at the POS. You will keep the sales floor organized and assist with stock flow and inventory control.

Responsibilities include processing shipments, replenishing stock, and supporting visual merchandising while delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience, preferably luxury retail service.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.
• Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Operate POS accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash/media per policy.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor, and update visual merchandising as needed.
• Support sales floor activities and collaborate with team to meet store goals.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines.
