Job summary

Veronica Beard is seeking a Sales Supervisor (Keyholder) in Naples to lead the sales floor with a client-first mindset. You will style, sell, and build lasting client relationships while supporting opening/closing duties and acting as Manager-on-Duty when leadership isn’t present.

You will earn hourly base pay plus commissions up to 3%, with potential to reach 4% based on store sales goals. This role emphasizes team leadership and delivering Veronica Beard’s high-touch experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail sales experience in a high-touch, client focused environment.
• Previous keyholder, senior sales, or retail leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in luxury or contemporary fashion with a strong foundation in styling and clienteling is preferred.
• Passionate about selling, fashion, styling, and building lasting client relationships.
• Strong knowledge of current fashion trends and ability to create complete looks.
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership and achieve individual sales goals.
• Confident leading, mentoring, and supporting others with authenticity and respect.
• Strong communication, judgment, and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborative, self-aware, and open to feedback and different perspectives.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and opening or closing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized service and styling that reflects the Veronica Beard experience.
• Take ownership of individual sales goals by converting in-store traffic and generating business.
• Build, maintain and engage an active client book through outreach, follow-up, and events.
• Develop expert knowledge of collections, fit, product stories, and styling to drive sales.
• Stay current on fashion trends and help clients build thoughtfully styled wardrobes.
