Job summary

Veronica Beard is hiring a Sales Supervisor (Keyholder) in-store to lead a high-touch client experience, mentor associates, and drive sales with commission opportunities. You will open/close the store, manage priorities, and build strong client relationships through styling and events.

The role emphasizes leadership, brand standards, and a collaborative environment, with a base hourly pay and uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail sales experience in a high-touch, client-focused environment.
• Experience in luxury or contemporary fashion with styling and clienteling is preferred.
• Strong communication, judgment, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized service and styling that reflect the Veronica Beard experience.
• Achieve individual sales goals by converting in-store traffic and proactively generating business.
• Build and manage an active client book through outreach, follow-up, and events to drive new and repeat business.
• Develop knowledge of collections, fit, product stories, and styling to drive sales.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and mentor Sales Associates with coaching on selling and clienteling.
• Open and close the store as needed and support inventory management and loss prevention.
