Job summary

Veronica Beard is seeking a Sales Supervisor (Keyholder) to lead the sales floor and deliver the Veronica Beard client experience. You will style, sell, and build lasting client relationships while mentoring associates and supporting opening/closing responsibilities as Manager-on-Duty when needed.

In addition to hourly base pay, you will earn up to 3% commission on individual sales, with the opportunity to earn up to 4% based on store performance per the commission plan.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail sales experience in a high-touch, client-focused environment.
• Experience in luxury or contemporary fashion with clienteling skills preferred.
• Ability to meet individual sales goals and mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized service and styling that reflects the Veronica Beard experience.
• Take ownership of individual sales goals and drive store performance.
• Build and engage an active client book through outreach and events.
• Develop knowledge of collections, fit, and styling to drive sales.
• Maintain leadership presence and mentor Sales Associates.
• Open/close the store as Manager-on-Duty when required.
• Uphold visual standards and support store operations.
