Job summary

Veronica Beard is seeking a Sales Supervisor (Keyholder) to lead the selling floor with energy and a client-first approach. You will primarily style and serve clients, build lasting relationships, and drive store performance.

The role includes leadership duties, opening/closing responsibilities, and acting as Manager-on-Duty when the Store Manager is unavailable. In addition to hourly pay, commissions up to 3% (potential up to 4% with store performance) reward individual and team success.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail sales experience in a high-touch environment.
• Previous leadership or keyholder experience preferred.
• Experience in luxury or contemporary fashion is a plus.
• Passionate about selling, fashion, styling, and client relationships.
• Strong knowledge of current fashion trends and ability to create complete looks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized styling and client experiences reflecting the Veronica Beard brand.
• Own individual sales goals by converting in-store traffic and proactively generating business.
• Build and engage an active client book through outreach, follow-up, events, and clienteling.
• Develop product knowledge to drive store and individual sales.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and mentor sales associates.
