Job summary

Vince is seeking a luxury-minded Sales Supervisor in San Marcos, TX. You will lead with selling, elevate client interactions, and set the tone for the store by modeling top-tier service and product knowledge. Experience in luxury retail and a proven track record of meeting sales goals are essential.

You will manage client relationships, coordinate with the team, and support store operations including POS and visual standards to maintain the Vince luxury experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in retail sales, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
