The ideal candidate has 6+ years in retail with operations or store management experience, and a passion for luxury products, flexibility for evenings and weekends, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in retail with emphasis on operations or store management
• Computer literate; able to learn and use various software packages
• Experience in a luxury setting preferred
• Strong oral and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Client Advisors and coach staff regularly
• Achieve sales objectives and maintain high operational standards
• Recruit and onboard new hires; supervise policy adherence
• Coordinate visual merchandising and product assortment with the Visual Manager
• Provide monthly business reports to Corporate and store leadership
• Ensure high level of client service and build repeat business
