Job summary

CELINE is seeking a Team Manager for its Aventura Mall store opening, expected Fall 2026. Lead Client Advisors, coach staff, and drive sales while upholding impeccable brand standards in a luxury environment.

You will recruit, onboard, and develop talent; collaborate with Visual Merchandising and logistics to optimize assortment and client experience; and deliver KPI-driven results with cross-functional teams across the NY area.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in retail operations or store management, preferably in luxury settings.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities with a track record of developing teams.
• Customer-centric approach with the ability to drive sales while maintaining elevated brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Client Advisors and coach staff through goal setting and regular meetings.
• Drive sales and client experience to meet KPI targets across regions and stores.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop talent; manage performance and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Coordinate with Visual Merchandising and logistics to maintain assortment and store operations.
• Provide monthly reports and partner with Corporate to ensure brand standards and excellence in client service.
