Job summary

Grown Brilliance seeks a passionate Sales Supervisor for our Tysons Corner boutique to lead daily sales, coach associates, and deliver a personalized client experience. You will drive selling, storytelling, and client engagement while partnering with store leadership to execute priorities and uphold brand standards.

This commission-eligible role offers an hourly range of $21–$26 with a starting 2% commission, up to 4% based on performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of luxury, premium, or specialty retail experience.
• Proven success in relationship-based selling and clienteling.
• Strong coaching, motivation, and team development abilities.
• Excellent product storytelling and customer empathy.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to achieve daily sales goals and KPIs through coaching and floor leadership.
• Monitor performance and adjust priorities to maximize results.
• Reinforce product storytelling and personalized selling techniques for an elevated customer experience.
• Coach associates to deliver thoughtful recommendations and drive loyalty.
• Lead daily store operations as Leader on Duty and uphold brand standards.
