Grown Brilliance, powered by the Leap Platform, seeks a passionate Sales Supervisor for its luxury boutique. You will drive sales performance, develop talent, and deliver personalized client service while coaching associates to maintain an elevated brand experience.

In partnership with the Store Leader, you will support daily business performance, clienteling strategies, and store initiatives. The role offers on-floor leadership, storytelling, CRM engagement, and commission potential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in luxury, premium, or specialty retail delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Proven success in clienteling and achieving sales goals.
• Ability to coach and motivate a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong product storytelling to educate clients and create meaningful connections.
• Professional presence with empathy and sound judgment.
• Organizational skills to support operational excellence.
• Experience with Endear, Shopify, Slack, and Google Workspace preferred.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities
