Leap Inc in Tysons, VA is seeking a Sales Supervisor for a Grown Brilliance boutique powered by the Leap Platform. You will lead with luxury clienteling, product storytelling, and coaching to deliver an elevated shopping experience.

You will partner with store leadership to drive sales initiatives, develop talent, and ensure brand standards across the client journey. Commission-based earning with base hourly pay.

Qualifications

• This role requires 2+ years of luxury, premium, or specialty retail experience with a proven client-centric approach.
• Demonstrated ability to coach, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Strong storytelling and relationship-building skills to educate clients and drive loyalty.
• Experience with CRM systems (Endear) and retail tech (Shopify, Slack, Google Workspace) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead on the sales floor with personalized, relationship-driven selling to achieve goals.
• Develop talent, coach associates, and maintain a premium client experience.
• Drive client engagement through appointment selling, proactive outreach, and follow-up.
• Collaborate with store leadership on priorities, activations, and events.
• Utilize Endear and other tools to strengthen client relationships and repeat business.
