Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail or related field.
• Experience with POS operation and basic device use (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English language skills; ability to read price/release sheets.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and uphold Brand Guide standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales via cross-selling and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS and mobile tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Meet or exceed individual and team KPIs and support store operations.
