Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience and meet store sales goals. You will support daily store operations and participate in omni-channel selling to drive brand loyalty.

The role requires 1+ years of luxury retail or fashion experience, strong English, and comfort with POS tech. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and peak periods is essential to succeed in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Qualifications

1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred) and knowledge of fashion trends.
Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
Strong English proficiency.
Luxury retail background, social media savvy, live-stream shopping or video demos experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Represent Coach as brand ambassador, adhering to style and service standards.
Build lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
Utilize mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
