Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales or supervisory capacity, experience in a luxury environment preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet monthly and annual sales goals as part of a boutique team.
• Organize selling floor, stock items, VM adherence, and customer service.
• Process transactions accurately and manage POS procedures with management.
• Open/close tills, monitor assets, and approve exceptional returns.
• Maintain clean, organized workstation and support inventory prep.
