Job summary

Responsibilities include achieving monthly and annual sales targets, maintaining floor readiness, managing POS transactions, and supporting asset protection procedures. Experience in luxury retail and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in selling or supervisory capacity.
• Experience in a luxury environment preferred.
• Strong relationship development and impeccable communication.
• Open availability and ability to lift 0-25 lbs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury boutique.

Responsibilities

• Achieve selling and customer service objectives while protecting assets.
• Manage daily operations including opening/closing procedures and cash handling.
• Support merchandise flow, replenishment and ticketing per VM/EAS guidelines.
• Provide high-level customer service and wrap/pack at POS.
