Van Cleef & Arpels in Beverly Hills seeks a luxury sales professional to develop lasting client relationships and drive high jewelry sales in a fast-paced boutique. The role emphasizes exceptional service, clienteling, and CRM-driven management of client data and events.

Reporting to the Boutique Manager, you will balance daily business with sales goals, assist in displays, and travel as needed to expand the client network. A bachelor’s degree or jewelry certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or jewelry certification with 7 years of experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in person and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals by providing exceptional service.
• Attend community events to generate new business and invite clients to in-boutique events.
• Oversee client data capture, communications on novelties and events, gifting campaigns, and clientele reporting.
• Assist in daily display setup and maintain boutique aesthetics.
• Travel as required to grow the client network.
