The role requires flexible hours including nights and weekends and strong English communication. Experience with POS, mobile checkout, and clienteling is preferred, as is familiarity with social selling and live-stream shopping practices.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of luxury retail sales experience.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer use.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Luxury retail background, social media savvy and live-stream knowledge preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow the Guide to Style and Service.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Support daily store operations and maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Process transactions and assist with inventory movement.
