Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience and meet store sales goals while supporting daily store operations. This role blends luxury retail service, omnichannel selling, and team collaboration to drive brand loyalty and revenue.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years of luxury retail experience, POS proficiency, strong English, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Flexible schedule and physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer use (iPad, laptop).
• Strong English proficiency and ability to work in fast-paced environment.
• Luxury retail background and familiarity with live streams or video demos is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow style/service standards.
• Build client relationships through styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
• Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Use POS, clienteling tools, and social platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop personal sales plans and meet KPIs; support daily store operations.
• Assist teammates and participate in brand initiatives and training.
