Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to be the front-line ambassador, delivering a personalized luxury retail experience and meeting individual and store sales goals. You will support daily store operations, participate in omni-channel selling, and contribute to brand loyalty through exceptional service.

Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year of luxury retail sales experience, strong English skills, and comfort with POS systems and social media‑driven selling.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail or related field.
• Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Complete daily operational tasks (cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising).
• Process transactions efficiently (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups).
• Support inventory cycles and assist teammates as required.
