Job summary

Coach in Colorado is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience and to meet personal and store sales goals. You will support daily store operations while blending luxury retail service with omni-channel selling and team collaboration.

The role requires at least 1 year in luxury retail, strong English, POS experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Nights, weekends, and peak periods are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and recommendations.
• Use mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet KPIs.
• Support inventory, replenishment, and visual merchandising duties.
