Qualifications

1+ years of luxury retail or related sales experience.
Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work flexible hours.
Luxury retail background, social media savvy, and comfort with live‑stream/video demos (preferred).
Strong English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow style/service standards.
Develop client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and personalized recommendations.
Utilize POS and clienteling tools; participate in data capture and social selling.
Meet or exceed personal and store KPIs and support daily store operations.
Handle transactions, inventory, replenishment, and visual merchandising tasks.
Collaborate with teammates and participate in brand initiatives and training.
