Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate in Austin to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience in a luxury retail setting. You will meet personal and store sales goals while supporting daily store operations and omni-channel selling.

You will build lasting client relationships, use POS and clienteling tools, and contribute to team success through collaboration and brand initiatives.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
• Experience with POS operation and mobile POS.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lb and move up to 50 lb.
• Strong English language proficiency.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow style guidelines.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS, clienteling tools, and social platforms to capture data.
• Develop personal sales plans and meet KPIs.
• Process transactions including online pickups and returns.
• Support inventory and storefront operations daily.
• Collaborate with team and participate in brand initiatives.
