Coach is seeking a Sales Associate in Austin to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience and meet sales goals. You will support daily store operations, engage with clients, and contribute to omni-channel selling efforts including social platforms.

The role emphasizes brand standards, customer relationships, and collaboration with the team to drive revenue while maintaining excellent service on the floor.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of luxury retail or fashion sales experience.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop).
• Able to lift up to 25 lb (up to 50 lb occasionally) and perform store-floor duties.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Experience with live-stream shopping or video demos is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as brand ambassador and maintain style standards.
• Build client relationships through styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales through cross-selling and upselling.
• Utilize POS, clienteling, and social selling tools to capture data.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet KPIs.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain a high-energy, multi-customer selling environment.
• Complete daily store operations and merchandising tasks.
