Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to be a frontline ambassador, delivering an elevated, personalized shopping experience while meeting personal and store sales goals and supporting daily store operations. This role blends luxury-retail service, omni‑channel selling, and team collaboration to drive brand loyalty and revenue.

You will represent Coach as a brand ambassador, develop client relationships, and execute personal sales plans to meet KPIs.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail preferred.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer use (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
• Luxury retail background; social media savvy; live-stream/video demos; clienteling and data acquisition.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS, clienteling tools, and social selling to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet/exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers; maintain relationships and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain energy on the floor and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
• Complete daily tasks (cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, merchandising) while upholding standards.
• Keep sales floor and stockroom organized; follow policies and asset protection procedures.
• Process transactions and manage returns/exchanges/online pickups.
• Support inventory cycles: receive shipments and move products.
• Assist teammates in other areas as needed.
• Foster a collaborative environment; support team performance.
• Participate in brand initiatives and training.
