Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate in a frontline role to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience and meet store goals. You will support daily operations while representing the Coach brand across omnichannel channels, including social selling and clienteling.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in luxury retail, strong English, and comfort with POS systems. Flexible schedule including nights and weekends is expected to support peak periods.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English proficiency; read price/release sheets.
• Luxury retail background, social media savvy, live-stream shopping experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style/service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling to capture data.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet KPIs.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain daily store operations, inventory, and visual merchandising.
