Job summary

Coach in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver a premium, personalized shopping experience and meet store sales targets. You will support daily store operations and contribute to omnichannel selling across in-store and online channels.

Qualified candidates bring 1+ years in luxury retail, POS experience, and strong English skills. Preference given to those with live-stream shopping or social media familiarity and a passion for fashion.

Qualifications

1+ years of luxury retail sales experience.
Experience with POS operation and mobile devices.
Strong English proficiency.
Luxury retail background, social media savvy, live-stream shopping or video demos (preferred).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
