Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience at our Texas store. You will meet personal and store sales goals, support daily operations, and collaborate with a luxury retail team to drive brand loyalty.

The role blends luxury service, omnichannel selling, and clienteling to build lasting relationships. Candidates should have at least 1+ year of luxury retail experience, strong English, and comfort with POS systems and social media tools.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer use.
• Strong English proficiency and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS, clienteling tools, and social selling to capture data.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet KPIs.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain floor and stockroom organization and processes.
