Job summary

Coach at Disney Springs in Orlando is seeking a part-time Sales Associate II-3 to deliver a luxury, personalized shopping experience. You will build client relationships, drive cross-selling, and support store operations while using Mobile POS and clienteling tools.

Responsibilities include meeting sales goals, maintaining visual standards, processing transactions, and collaborating with the team to ensure a seamless omni-channel experience for our guests.

Qualifications

1+ years luxury retail sales experience or equivalent.
Experience with POS operation and Mobile POS.
Strong English proficiency and customer focus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury environment.
Experience with live-stream shopping or video demos is a plus.

Responsibilities

Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and build client relationships.
Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms.
Meet or exceed individual and team KPIs and support store operations.
Maintain floor appearance, stock, and participate in omni-channel activities.
