Job summary

Coach in Orlando, FL is seeking a Temporary Sales Associate to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience for every guest. You will engage clients, manage transactions, and help maintain a premium store ambiance in a fast-paced luxury environment.

You will meet personal and store sales goals, support daily operations, and contribute to omnichannel initiatives while representing the Coach brand with poise and fashion knowledge.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail preferred.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS, clienteling tools, and social platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Complete daily operational tasks (cash wrap, replenishment, merchandising) while maintaining standards.
