Coach is seeking a Sales Associate in Lake Buena Vista, FL to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience and meet store sales goals while supporting daily store operations.

As a front-line ambassador, you will build client relationships, drive sales through cross-selling, and use POS and clienteling tools. Must have 1+ year luxury retail experience and strong English proficiency; ability to lift and assist with inventory.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English proficiency and ability to read price/release sheets.
• Luxury retail background and social media savvy desirable.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling and upselling with tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Complete daily operational tasks and maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Support inventory cycles and assist teammates as needed.
