Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to join our luxury retail team. You will be the frontline ambassador, delivering a personalized shopping experience, meeting personal and store sales goals, and supporting daily store operations.

The role requires 1+ year of sales experience, knowledge of POS systems, and strong English. Live-stream shopping and clienteling skills are a plus. Base pay ranges from $15.00 to $19.50 per hour, with comprehensive benefits and a commitment to equity and inclusion.

Qualifications

1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
Experience with POS operation and basic computer use (iPad/laptop).
Strong English proficiency.
Luxury retail background; social media savvy and live-stream/video demos is a plus.

Responsibilities

Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style/service standards.
Build lasting client relationships through styling and product expertise.
Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
Utilize mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet KPIs.
Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
