Coach is seeking a Sales Associate in the United States to deliver elevated, personalized shopping experiences and meet store sales goals. You will support daily store operations and contribute to brand loyalty through expert product knowledge and exceptional service.

You will build lasting client relationships, drive sales through upselling, and participate in omni-channel selling and training initiatives. Flexibility for a fast-paced luxury retail environment is essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of luxury retail sales experience.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer use (iPad/laptop).
• Ability to read price/release sheets.
• Strong English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain energy on the floor and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
• Assist teammates and participate in brand initiatives and training programs.
