The role requires 1+ years in luxury retail, POS experience, and strong English. Schedule includes nights and weekends, with fast-paced environment expectations and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

1+ years of sales experience, preferably luxury retail.
Experience with POS operation and basic computer use (iPad/Laptop).
Strong English proficiency.
Luxury retail background and social media familiarity recommended.

Responsibilities

Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to style and service standards.
Build client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
Drive sales through cross-selling and upselling; meet KPIs.
Handle transactions, returns, exchanges, and online pickups efficiently.
Maintain stockroom and floor cleanliness and visual merchandising.
