Coach is a global fashion house; the Sales Associate delivers an elevated, personalized shopping experience and meets personal and store sales goals while supporting daily store operations. This role blends luxury-retail service, omnichannel selling, and team collaboration to drive brand loyalty and revenue.

The role requires 1+ years of sales experience, knowledge of fashion trends, POS proficiency, and strong English. Schedule includes nights, weekends, and peak seasons.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred); knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
• Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop), walkie‑talkie use, reading price sheets.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Luxury retail background, social media savviness, and live-stream/video demo experience (preferred).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS, clienteling tools, and social platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
