Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate in Burlington, MA to deliver a personalized luxury shopping experience and support daily store operations. You will meet personal and store sales goals, build client relationships, and contribute to omnichannel selling and team collaboration to drive brand loyalty and revenue.

The role requires 1+ years in luxury retail sales, POS experience, and strong English proficiency.

Qualifications

1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail preferred.
Experience with POS operation, iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, and walkie-talkie.
Strong English proficiency.
Luxury retail background, social media savvy, live-stream shopping or video demos preferred.

Responsibilities

Represent Coach as a brand ambassador per style and service standards.
Build client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
Maintain high energy on the floor and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
Complete daily operational tasks (cash wrap, inventory, replenishment) and maintain standards.
