Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated luxury retail experience in the US. You will meet personal and store sales goals, support daily operations, and collaborate with a team to drive brand loyalty.

Bring 1+ years in luxury sales, POS proficiency, and strong English; experience with live demos or social selling is a plus. Base pay ranges and benefits apply, with flexible scheduling to meet business needs.

Qualifications

1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail or similar environment.
Experience with POS operation and basic computer use (iPad/laptop).
Ability to read price and release sheets and work in a fast-paced setting.
Luxury retail background and familiarity with social media or live demos is a plus.
Strong English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and meet personal and store sales goals.
Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience and build client relationships.
Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
Utilize POS, clienteling tools, and social selling to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
Support daily store operations and participate in brand initiatives and training.
