Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate for our Calexico, CA store to deliver a personalized luxury shopping experience and meet sales goals. You will support daily store operations, maintain visual standards, and participate in brand initiatives with a collaborative team.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in luxury retail, familiarity with POS systems, and comfort with online and in-store selling channels. This role requires flexible scheduling, including nights and weekends, to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred)
• Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS)
• Strong English proficiency
• Luxury retail background, social media savvy, experience with live-stream shopping or video demos, clienteling and data acquisition skills (Preferred)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong English language proficiency. (for EU)

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain high energy on the floor, manage multiple customers, and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
• Complete daily operational tasks (cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising) while maintaining service standards.
