Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate III in Southlake, Texas, to deliver an elevated shopping experience. You will meet personal and store sales goals, support daily store operations, and collaborate with the team to drive brand loyalty and revenue.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in luxury retail, strong English, and familiarity with POS systems and social selling. Flexible hours include nights and weekends; lifting up to 25 lbs may be required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), walkie-talkie use, ability to read price/release sheets.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Complete daily operational tasks and maintain store cleanliness and stockroom organization.
