Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to standards.
• Build client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales via cross-selling and tailored recommendations.
• Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms.
• Meet or exceed individual and team KPIs.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain energetic selling environment and assist with stock flow.
• Support daily store operations and visual merchandising.
• Participate in brand initiatives and training.
