Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to be the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand in a luxury retail environment. You will deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience, meet store sales goals, and support daily store operations.

You will build lasting client relationships through styling, product knowledge, and cross-selling, using mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat visits; flexibility to work a fast-paced floor with a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English language proficiency.
• Luxury retail background and social media savvy are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Complete daily operations tasks and maintain store appearance and inventory control.
