The role requires at least 1 year in luxury retail, strong English, and comfort with live-stream shopping or video demos. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and peak periods is essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer skills.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Luxury retail background and social media savviness desired.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Schedule flexibility for nights, weekends, and peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and uphold style standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales via cross-selling and personalized recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and drive loyalty.
• Develop personal sales plans and meet KPIs.
• Source new customers and maintain relationships to close sales.
• Maintain high energy on the floor and adapt selling approaches.
• Perform daily operations including cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, and visual merchandising.
• Keep floor and stockroom organized; follow policies and asset protection.
• Process transactions and support online pickups and returns.
