Coach is seeking a Sales Associate in the United States to deliver a luxurious, personalized shopping experience and meet store sales goals. You will support daily store operations, utilize mobile POS and clienteling tools, and contribute to a high-energy team focused on brand loyalty and revenue.

The role requires 1+ years in luxury retail, strong English skills, and familiarity with live-stream or video-driven sales approaches.

Qualifications

1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop).
Strong English proficiency and ability to work in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Responsibilities

Represent Coach as a brand ambassador; adhere to style and service standards.
Build lasting client relationships through styling, product knowledge, and fashion advice.
Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and personalized recommendations.
Utilize POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
Maintain a high energy on the floor and support daily store operations.
