Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience and support daily store operations. You will meet personal and store sales goals while building brand loyalty through luxury service.

As a front-line ambassador, you’ll cultivate client relationships, use POS and clienteling tools, and contribute to omni-channel selling and team collaboration to drive revenue and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales through cross-selling and personalized recommendations.
• Utilize POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans and meet KPIs.
• Support inventory, replenishment, and daily store operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and stockroom.
