Jennifer Tattanelli is seeking a Sales Associate to assist customers and provide styling inspiration at our Worth Avenue locations in Florida. The role includes driving sales through clienteling, collaborating on bespoke items, and maintaining visual displays.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in luxury retail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work weekends. Training and development opportunities are provided as part of our premium service standard.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of luxury retail experience.
• Flexibility to work weekends.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to operate a POS system.
• Friendly, professional behavior.
• Ability to assess and respond to customer needs.
• Able to lift boxes and move fixtures.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with shopping needs and provide styling inspiration.
• Collaborate with Creative Director on bespoke/custom products.
• Drive sales through clienteling and add-on selling.
• Maintain displays and ensure merchandise is represented on the floor.
• Support floor-set execution and stock replenishment.
• Ensure store cleanliness and organize merchandise shipments.
