- Knowledge of POS systems and basic computer use (iPad/laptop).
Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to style and service standards.
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and fashion advice.
- Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
- Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
- Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
- Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
- Complete daily store tasks: cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, and visual merchandising.
