Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate in Mercedes, Texas to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience and help meet store sales goals. You will represent the Coach brand, blending luxury retail service with omni‑channel selling and team collaboration to drive loyalty and revenue.

Responsibilities include building lasting client relationships through styling, product knowledge, and fashion advice; using mobile POS and clienteling tools; processing transactions; and supporting daily store

Qualifications

1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred); knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop), walkie-talkie use.
Ability to lift 25 lb regularly (up to 50 lb occasionally) and move on the sales floor and stockroom.
Strong English proficiency.
Luxury retail background and social media savvy (preferred).

Responsibilities

Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
